Good news! There’s a pretty good chance whatever you were lusting over a month or two ago is finally on sale. And with winter only half over (at best?), whatever you scoop up now can go straight into the rotation, no waiting required, meaning your wardrobe is about to get better just as temperatures and mental health levels get worse. It all balances out in the end, trust me!
A lot of my cold-weather picks from 2015 have been marked down, including these top 5 personal favorites. I’m guessing they’re going to go fast, so get ’em now while they’re hot and in stock!
I love that this coat has a hint of mob wife to it, while still being totally cool and wearable. If you don’t already have a faux fur go-to, this is a great statement pick!
First, I wore these to death in nude. And then in merlot. I have legit nightmares about looking overly “done” and these sneaks have become my secret weapon to keeping things urban and effortless.
3. Eileen Fisher Slouchy Silk Pants
I am really feeling Eileen Fisher on their pants this season and this pair is a personal favorite. They’re just slouchy enough without skewing sloppy, look great with the aforementioned sneaks and are insanely comfortable.
I think we all secretly (or in my case, not so secretly) just wanna wear sweatshirts. This graphic version by Karen Walker is the perfect iteration – stylish like a real top but easy like a sweatshirt. Is it hard not to wear it everyday? You bet.
5. Stuart Weitzman Gowest Boot
A good pair of ankle boots is a necessity (even I can’t wear sneakers all the time), and the hardware on these really sets them apart. It’s enough to make a statement, yet they work with nearly everything. On the coldest days throw on some embarrassingly thick socks and no one will be the wiser!
