I talk a lot about beauty, and while there’s a rotating cast of characters on my bathroom shelves, there are always those products that I keep going back to time and time again. I’m fortunate enough to receive so many beauty products from a wide array of brands, but if you, dear reader, are on a budget and can only purchase a handful of items, here’s what I would buy if I could never, ever have anything else again.
Odièle Rose Sérum
I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, this is my holy grail product…seriously. I slather this all over my face – eyes, too! – day and night. My skin has never been better.
Biologique Recherche Lotion P50
You can’t have a desert island beauty list without this stuff. It’s a cult classic for a reason, and continually praised by beauty editors, facialists, and moi.
Kevyn Aucoin The Volume Mascara
I didn’t know if I was into tubing mascara at first, but this stuff really makes my lashes so long and voluminous, without looking like spiders!
Christophe Robin Purifying Scrub
Shoot after shoot with tons of heating tools and styling, my hair can get super flat and dry. Luckily, this scrub whips it right back to life.
Glossier Balm Dotcom
I think I’ve gone through about ten tubes of this since it launched – I’m OBSESSED! Birthday, rose, mint, I love ’em all. My motto is phone, keys, wallet, and Balm Dotcom.
I did the math for you, and for these five, you’re looking at $319, or alternatively $251 for more budget-friendly sizes 🙂
